Andreas has more than 25 years’ experience in industry, consulting, M&A and corporate finance.
As a partner in the Big 4 and top strategy consulting firms, he has successfully advised leading global clients in Europe, North and South America, North Africa, the Middle East and Asia Pacific on corporate finance and M&A issues.
In the course of his career, Andreas has acquired extensive, in-depth experience in various industries, such as transportation, aviation & logistics, the automotive industry, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, consumer goods, retail, real estate, and plant construction & mechanical engineering.
He has a track record of numerous M&A transactions and corporate finance projects, for small, mid and large cap customers, for corporates, private equity and venture capital firms.
Andreas holds a Masters in Business Administration and has studied in Germany, Great Britain, the USA and China. Andreas also has a degree in applied mathematics and computer science and a doctorate in applied mathematics.
He is the founder and managing partner of LSL-Capital GmbH.
